Before your first session you will receive a holistic consultation form exploring your emotional and physical health.
Your initial appointment will be up to 3 hours to discuss your consultation form and gently explore and unravel the areas impacting you most.
Each session will include heart-womb breathwork, energy work, elemental alchemy, abdominal/lower back massage and somatic release. Ancestral healing and shamanic journeying may also be included if needed.
After we enjoy a warming tea and have an opportunity to talk about your experience.

Womb healing is a journey; a minimum of 3-6 sessions is recommended to experience the full benefits of this wonderful offering.
