Why are women seeking womb healing? 🌹 Preconception & Fertility Journey Some women are preparing their body on a physical and energetic level for pregnancy - releasing unprocessed emotion and trauma, clearing ancestral baggage and creating a safe and loving environment for new life. Postpartum Healing Bringing life into this world is a physical, emotional and spiritual journey. Women may suffer with health conditions, a traumatic birth, exhaustion, postnatal depression among many things. A space space to be held and witnessed can be essential for healing. Reproductive Health Conditions Women suffering with endo, PCOS, cysts and many other conditions are seeking to address the emotional root causing the dis-ease. Menstrual Health Issues Women experiencing heavy, painful, irregular or absent periods are seeking a holistic and somatic approach to bring back balance to their cycle. Ancestral Healing Sometimes our traumas, patterns, fears and behaviours are passed on through our lineages affecting generation after generation. Healing our motherline and fatherline can release us and our children from these damaging cycles. Menopause Symptoms Women going through this powerful life transition can experience depression, anxiety and uncomfortable physical symptoms when they are out of alignment or storing unprocessed emotions and trauma. Healing from Trauma Traumatic experiences of all kinds can store in our bodies as unresolved survival responses when we don’t have the time and safe space to process what has happened to us. Living with a disregulated nervous system and the trapped energy of trauma in our bodies can lead to chronic illness and poor mental health. 4 years - a baby, a hormonal teenager, a degree, a community group and a wellness studio but also multiple viruses, migraine hospitalisation, heart attack scare, and chronic inflammation. I experienced a lot of grief around the time my son was born but I didn’t have the space to process it, I had postpartum depression and ridiculously low self-esteem. One thing lead to another and I just took far too much on, if I was busy and productive by society’s standards then I might be worthy. You hear “wow I don’t know how you do it all” and it just affirms the validation you needed and you push on wearing your exhaustion like a badge of honour. But every time I had a deadline due or stress with the studio I got ill, completely flat out can’t get up type of ill and I could finally rest (without guilt). This year forced me to make changes, I’ve adjusted my offerings, left the community group, scaled back the studio concept and I have now finished my degree. All I want going forward is an easy life and I have sworn to myself that I will no longer do anything that compromises my wellbeing just for the sake of doing, I can hand on heart tell you that there is no achievement worth risking your physical and emotional health for. It’s all a f*cking con, capitalism at its worst. You are worthy just as you are, we all are, worth is not based on how much you do or are seen doing. From now on you’ll find me quietly nourishing my own needs, out in the fresh air with the family or creating womb magic (with a limited calendar). I have one body to experience life in, if I f*ck this up my experience will be filled with pain and limitations. Time to prioritise BEING 🌹 I handed in my dissertation 2 days ago and I took myself off for a day alone at a holy well to try and process the amount of pressure I’ve been under. I have chronic inflammation in my back and neck and the freezing cold spring water is like a natural ice plunge with the extra benefits of mineralisation. It was the only relief I’ve had in ages. All the elements, peace and quiet, no demands, just stillness. BLISS 🌹
Heart-womb breathwork 🌹 Making time to connect with myself every day, and already this small commitment is having a big impact. I have spent a life time making excuses.. Mostly being ‘too busy’ but I've always had a spare 5/10 mins.. I was avoidant of being still. A mixture of guilt for taking time to myself “do I deserve to relax? Am I still worthy if I’m not always productive?” and also avoidant.. Because “what might come up? And can I cope with it?” But I feel calmer, more regulated and more connected to myself and source. I’m worthy when I’m still and I can meet myself with compassion when things arise for me 🩷

I’ve seen 10 women over 2 weeks and while every single one of them are completely unique, there are many common experiences between us all. Sometimes sharing our more painful life experiences or family/relationship dynamics with friends can feel too vulnerable or deep, you question whether they’ll understand so instead you might only share more surface level updates. But over time this can leave you feeling lonely and isolated, and lacking the support you truly need. These monthly circles will be an opportunity (but never an obligation) to share and to be seen, heard and held by sisterhood🌹
